Gentle morning vinyasa where we will find movement to start our days and end our practice with a light meditation.
Yin yoga works deeply into our body. It targets our deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues — ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body — rather than the muscles. Poses are held in stillness for longer periods of time, releasing and unwinding the connective tissues of the body.
Specific asanas are held for several minutes and deeply supported by props – blankets, bolsters, and blocks. This practice will focus on releasing stress from the body and calming the mind, creating an opportunity for a deeper mind/body connection. Students leave feeling nourished and refreshed.

This class will consist of a 20-minute of health and wellness group discussion with new topics every week.With guided 40 minute slow-flow yoga practice involving breathwork, yoga postures and meditation that will bring you ease, love and joy. Soak in all the knowledge and benefits of our practice with a comfortable 10-minute savasana.
NEW MOON MEDITATION
With Tea and Journaling
Every month we will welcome the new moon together during this 60-minute celebration of a new beginning. With meditation, journaling, hot tea and some restorative poses to soak in all the benefits of this practice.
