Jennifer is a compassionate and intuitive yoga teacher who creates a nurturing, safe and grounded space for students to share their practice. Her teaching blends gentle, mindful movement, breath awareness and nervous system support to guide students toward balance, healing, and inner peace. Her journey into yoga began during a deeply challenging time in her life, leading her to not only practice but truly live the teachings of yoga. Jennifer integrates the 8 limbs of yoga into both her classes and her daily life. Teaching from the heart. Her presence is calming and sincere, allowing students to feel safe, seen, and supported exactly as they are.
