Alisa Willman is a highly integrative movement and healing arts professional who blends therapeutic bodywork, mindful movement, and holistic energy work to support whole-person wellness. As a Yoga Alliance–registered yoga teacher with deep study in classical yoga traditions, she brings intelligent sequencing and breath-centered flow to all movement experiences. Her approach is rooted in nervous-system regulation, mindful embodiment, and the integration of Eastern and Western healing modalities. Whether guiding students through movement, facilitating deep relaxation and nervous-system balance, or supporting clients through restorative bodywork, Alisa’s intention is to create a safe, empowering space where the body, mind, and spirit can harmonize and thrive.
