Monica McCormick
Yoga
Monica first found yoga as a support for healing from burnout. What began as a personal practice evolved into teaching as a form of collective care. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2018 and went on to study extensively in trauma-sensitive yoga in Australia and Costa Rica. In 2022, she was introduced to classical kundalini yoga and was drawn to its depth, discipline, and respect for lineage. Her teaching centers on nervous system regulation through asana, breathwork, and meditation.
