Looking for more balance and peace in life, Stephanie began her yoga journey learning a Kriya meditation practice with a live guru in 2006. This experience was transformative, and ignited her love of yoga and quest to learn more about this sacred and ancient science. After a few years of meditation, she became interested in exploring asana, which eventually lead to the desire to attend teacher training. As both a student and teacher of Yoga, Stephanie began to witness her life evolve in beautiful ways. Other background elements include occupational therapy with experience working in rehabilitation for individuals healing from brain injury, chronic pain and orthopedics. Stephanie looks forward to supporting others on their journey of yoga and healing.
Stephanie teaches Dosha Hatha on Mondays at 9:30am and Peaceful Yin on Tuesdays at 5pm.
