Yoga 

Looking for more balance and peace in my life, I began my Yoga journey learning a Kriya meditation practice with a live guru in 2006. This experience was a transformative process, and ignited my love of Yoga and quest to learn more about this sacred and ancient science. After a few years of meditation, I became interested in exploring asana, which eventually lead to my desire to attend teacher training. As both a student and teacher of Yoga, I began to witness my life evolve in beautiful ways. 
Other elements of my background include occupational therapy with experience working in rehabilitation for individuals healing from brain injury, chronic pain and orthopedics. I look forward to supporting you on your path of Yoga and journey to your highest potential.

Stephanie teaches Dosha Hatha on Mondays at 9:30am and Peaceful Yin on Tuesdays at 5pm.
